Guest guest
I like the matter of fact way her friends help her. Instead of making a big production of it--"Are you okay? Do you need help?, etc."--just taking her arm to steady her, helping her out of a chair; that's wonderful! Did you train them, Marla, or are they just naturally sensitive & observant? Ramblin' RoseModerator A merry heart is good medicine. Proverbs 17:22 "How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of the weak and the strong. Guest guest
Rose, I have to say that they are just naturally sensitive and observant; they are just awesome friends to have. I don’t like big production, I don’t like the “ARE YOU OK?” Like my husband said we can say Ouch, but I’m not one to do so. Of course this am, after getting a flu shot yesterday and a very restless night, I told my husband I had body aches, and he said, “oh you just slept bad, get out bed”, so I still have some training to do on my hubby! Guest guest
Yeah, sure you did! Nice way to get new customers! Actually, I sometimes forget to take my Ramblin' Rose, Moderator, signature off, and it often leads to an inquiry as to what it means, giving me a chance to explain NS & the group. Ramblin' RoseModerator A merry heart is good medicine. Proverbs 17:22 Boo! Scare away worms, viruses and so much more! Try Windows Live OneCare! Try now! Guest guest
You know I would, Marla, if I didn't have a commitment to my niece ! And I don't buy much from her, poor baby. Guest guest
Hey Rose not a problem, I keep busy enough locally, and my money maker is in the skin care not the cosmetics, and I am a big make up wearer, if I got out without it and get in a auto accident, they will take one look and me and pronounce me dead by my looks they won’t even check for a pulse, so I wear it to stay alive! Guest guest
Rose, I've given up on the concealer/foundation also. I sweat so much I just end up wiping it off when I wipe my face. I have never had a problem with so much sweating in the past. If it's menopausal, it's a "constant" hot flash that goes on and on!
