Guest guest
I just got off the phone with and she is not doing well at all. She has a lot of pain and she is still very nauseated. She has not been able to keep anything (jello, applesauce, broth) down and is back on the IV. They are giving her some meds for the nausea. She will not be going home today. I feel really bad because I think that she felt comfortable with going forward with the surgery because she saw how my outcome was. I know that I am not responsible for anything that occurs with anyone else and their surgery but I think she was thinking that it would be smooth sailing for her like it was for me. I assured her that she would be fine post surgery but we all know that that is all in the creators hands and that we really can't be sure of anything. I am praying and I know she will come thru but it is very sad to hear that she is having such a hard time. Please continue to pray for her. Thank you. Pam Marsh --- Pamela A Marsh wrote: > I will. Guest guest
Pam: Just said a prayer for her. Please don't feel guilty. Some of us pass through rough patches at first. Some of us don't. Guest guest
Pam... People react to anesthesia differently, and you were like a superkid, as was I, immediately post-surgery. But then I became anemic, and had some good moments and some bad moments. I am so much better now, and everything is just fine. It will be for , too. She had a lot of health complications going in to the surgery, and so her recovery might be a little more difficult. On the other hand, just think of how much more she'll gain (her health) as a result! I'm sorry to hear that she's sick, but she'll get there. She'll be ok. And we'll just keep praying for her and sending her warm thoughts and love.
