I suspect that it may be more difficult than some of you have had. I have to have a hernia fixed at the same time. I may not be able to have lapriscopic surgery because of past scar tissue. I am older, I am prone to infection, Dr Baggs said. And I have diabetes. So I am praying for with all my heart as I am praying for myself. Wish us luck and wish us God's speed. Tell her I am rooting for her every day. Can you find out exactly what the complication is? And Pam, please don't feel guilty. We each have to make this decision ourselves and we each have to take the chance.Lilka Colleen

Guest guest
Lilka, I will whisper a prayer for you that all goes well and thank you for your kind words of support to me as well as for . As of last night, her family was there attempting to get her to eat. She had not been able to keep anything down and was in a lot of pain. Again, not sure if it was actually a lot of pain or if it is due to her extremely low pain tolerance (her words). I will be giving her call morning call to check on her. As soon as I hear something, I will post it. It is with great hopes that she will be able to go home and that she is able to keep things down. This is not info I got from the doctor but I think that the nausia is probably due to anestisia but don't quote me on that. I will keep you all posted and thanks again.
