Guest guest
Sadly our insurance won't cover just the shoes - they MUST be attached to a bar. ROFL! However they did cover our replacement pair of 's so I guess there are exceptions. Can't see getting this one by them though... Our Dr. gave us Daytime Shoes I know I am joining this topic a bit late... My son's Dr. gave us Daytime shoes. He wrote a prescription for it and the same company that made our son's FAB made the daytime shoes. They are kind of like those older stride right boots. They even gave me a color choice. The shoes look almost identical to each other, there is no real arch. Our Dr. told us not to put him in store bought shoes until later (he's 15 months). The company that makes his FAB is O & P Motion in Canoga Park, California. I will call and ask what their technical name is. But maybe asking your Dr. about these would be good and fully covered by insurance. Stacie

Guest guest
I think our Dr. presented it to the insurance co as corrective shoes- because he's under continuous care for this until age 4. wrote:Sadly our insurance won't cover just the shoes - they MUST be attached to a bar. Guest guest
Still wouldn't fly with our insurance, Medicaid either. Shoes must come with a bar! LOL Glad yours are covered though if that's what you wanted to use! Chris Our Dr. gave us Daytime Shoes I know I am joining this topic a bit late... My son's Dr. gave us Daytime shoes.
