Dear ,

According to my calculator, you are losing an average of about 2.8

lbs. a week. I know that I lose a little, stay the same, maybe even

gain a pound or two and then the cycle continues. It does cause me

alot of anxiety at times because I always think it's not working for

me. My losses sped up a bit when I began to eat more and added some

fat to my diet. When you do not eat enough, your body will hold onto

the fat. Maybe try more frequent meals to up your intake. I do not

weigh myself more than once a month. It just makes me crazy when I

do. If you continue to lose at the rate that you are (even if you

think it's too slow), you can potentially be down 140 lbs. in a

year. Hope you are otherwise feeling well.
