Guest guest
I did put this together and I do have all the other sizes (newborn to 3T), just not scanned into the puter. If some one wants another size let me know. It is really easy to sew. As winter is coming on soon, I could make a few of these for those that don't sew. Not this week, but maybe next........ Sleep sack pattern A few people have mentioned sleep sacks recently and how useful they have been for keeping kids from untieing their shoes and from waking themselves up because their FAB is tangled up in blankets. As soon as we get his jammies out, Jonah asks for his " walks " , and then asks for his sleep sack. His is soft fleece, sleeveless, made by a friend. We love it. There is a sleep sack pattern--size 2T--available in the files section here. I think put this together a while back. Go to " Files " look for the folder called " Sleep Sack " . Or here's the link. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/nosurgery4clubfoot/files/Sleep% 20Sack%202T/ Naomi The Family Naomi Hannah(02/21/01) Jonah(06/20/03, corrected bilateral clubfoot, FAB 14/7)
Guest guest
My mom is trying it out now in the 2T. So far so good! Thank you for posting this. I was able to buy fabric and materials for under $5 on clearance...tons less than buying one! > I did put this together and I do have all the other sizes (newborn to 3T), just not scanned into the puter. Guest guest
- It's in the files section! It's a 2T pattern but I believe she has smaller ones available. I could be wrong! I am a huge fan of sleep sacks-david has slept in one since birth-he is not up to the XL halo one so we will have to start making them when he outgrows it-he has a while though! Guest guest
It is in the files section. My mom used it for Aleksander and said it was extremely easy to make. > > I know there is a pattern available. Guest guest
I also wanted to mention, even though it is a 2T pattern, my 10 1/2 month old is wearing it. It is a little big, but not huge. > > > > I know there is a pattern available. Guest guest
Hi~ I just have a quick question. Maddie is using the 10 inch DDB. Does that fit into the Halo sleep sacks? She is just getting into 3-6 months clothes. Just wanted an opinion from others that have used the sleep sacks. I can barley sew a button and do not own a sewing machine.... Thanks, Kim mom to Maddie, 06/16/2005, BLCF > > I also wanted to mention, even though it is a 2T pattern, my 10 1/2 > month old is wearing it. Guest guest
My son is 2 and is still sleeping in the Halo sleep sacks--he's in the L now and he and the bar have plenty of room. They have been great and I'm not exactly sure what we are going to do when he grows out of them, as I too can barely sew a button. Beth Kim wrote: Hi~ I just have a quick question. Guest guest
's has sleep sacks that work for 0 - 9 months. They are at Kohls, JC Penney, and lots of other places. The Halo sacks are at Babies R Us, and I think they probably have them, or something comparable at both Target and Walmart. > > > > > > > > I know there is a pattern available. Guest guest
We live in the bay area and I've bought them at Rockridge Kids in Oakland. But also, I think Babies R Us has them. The folks at Rockridge Kids are wonderful--it's a small store and obviously a labor of love. I'll bet they'll send them to you--and if they don't have what you need in stock, they'll probably order them. The sleep sacks come in cotton and fleece--nice and toasty for winter. Rockridge Kids, 510/601-5437 5511 College Ave., Oakland CA Good luck! Guest guest
Beth- I agree! My 13 month old loves his sack!! Halo makes them up to XL which is what david is in(we got tired of dinking around with sizes and just went to the biggest). It is big-you can buy them online at www.onestepahead.com You can also get them at meijer, walmart, babiesrus. Online is the only place i have found the XL. kathleen > > > > > > > > I know there is a pattern available. Guest guest
It is in the file section, you print it off a section at a time, several pages you cut out and tape together to make the pattern. Pretty self-explanatory if you have the basic sewing know-how to use a pattern. s. Sleep Sack Pattern I know there is a pattern available. Can someone refresh my memory on who has it? Thanks,

Guest guest
Ya I think the sleep sack on a kid wearing a FAB is a MUST! It has helped Everett sleep much better in blanket-weather because he's not tangled in the blanket around his bar. s Re: Sleep Sack Pattern - It's in the files section!
