The 2006 AAOS Convention was going to be in New Orleans, but the

location has had to be changed.

2006 AAOS Annual Meeting will be held March 22-26, 2006 in Chicago.

It is interesting to not that Dr. Stuart Weinstein of the University

of Iowa is the current president of the American Academy of Orthopedic

Dr. Weinstein has used the Ponseti method for 20-30 years and holds

the Ponseti Chair of Orthopedics at the University of Iowa. Dr.

Ponseti's work over the past 64 years at the U of Iowa got an endowed

chair named after him 10-20 years ago.
