Here is a link to a recent article on the Ponseti method, coauthored by

Dr Herzenberg, from BioMechanics:

http://www.biomech.com/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=171204060

It is somewhat technical, but has a nice review of the literature and a

great description of the biomechanics of the Ponseti method (just have

to take the time to go through it slowly!).
