Shirley & others,

When responding to any e-mail, weather it be a single or part of a digest;

Highlight and copy JUST the section of the e-mail you need to repeat or

reference, so the reader will understand what you are referring to.

Hit " Reply " ...Do not hit Reply with history! Do not hit Reply to all! Just

hit Reply.

Paste the portion of the original e-mail that you snipped onto the new memo.

Make a line to separate the old from the new.

Write your email response.

Viola! See my example above. Your done! See, it's not so hard and your list

mates will appreciate your editing efforts!
