Hit " Reply " ...Do not hit Reply with history! Do not hit Reply to all! Just hit Reply. Paste the portion of the original e-mail that you snipped onto the new memo. Make a line to separate the old from the new. Write your email response. Viola! See my example above. Your done! See, it's not so hard and your list mates will appreciate your editing efforts!
