LOL, well two things......either you come here and be my neighbor (Im up on top of a mountain) or else we can relocate to where mom and dad live right on the ocean in washington state! Calif real estate is outrageous so I couldnt afford to live there......we lived in san diego for 10 yrs and left in 92 to come back to the Pacific Northwest. (Seattle natives) We only paid 12,000 for an acre of land here with no neighbors looking in our bathroom window! Mom and dad, by the way, paid $75.00 for their waterfront property when I was 15 yrs old!! Hugs, Judie

Guest guest
I live in a town of 40,000 and know plenty of people...and I have a 4 minute commute. I wouldn't move to the country for anything. <g>>> Only certain people love the country and everything it has to offer. We have NO crime here (population 1200) and can leave our doors open, even over night! I was a city girl for many years and it wasnt until I hit my late 40s when I began to yearn for something better......and found it here. You would probably be miserable in the country but thousands are leaving the suburbs for a better life. <g> Judie
