Guest guest
Shirley & others, When responding to any e-mail, weather it be a single or part of a digest; Highlight and copy JUST the section of the e-mail you need to repeat or reference, so the reader will understand what you are referring to. Hit " Reply " ...Do not hit Reply with history! Do not hit Reply to all! Just hit Reply. Paste the portion of the original e-mail that you snipped onto the new memo. Make a line to separate the old from the new. Write your email response. ==================================== THANKS . I did what you said but when I pushed reply, I still had to " delete " the entire " Digest " before I " pasted " and then typed this. Even so, it's lots better. ~Shirley in Arcata, CA

Guest guest
OOOH! I just figured out that if I push EDIT, SELECT ALL, then DELETE, I then have a blank page to paste to. Anyway... Alyssa said: I called and left a message for Dee yesterday...If I dont' hear back in a nother hour or so, I'll call her again. When did you say your appointment is?? I'll see what I can do. Remember that I'm in SF, though! Alyssa, my appointment is August 31 at 1pm. When you go, would you drive? I could fly to SF and ride down with you...if you can get in. Or, we could just chat when we're in the great city of Delano, CA. Let me know a.s.a.p., 'cause I need to book a flight today. ~Shirley in Arcata, CA P.S. I'm still looking for other folks from NW Califorinia!!!!!!

Guest guest
I'm still waiting for a call back. I called again around 11am, and it seems that Dee's with a patient. I hope to hear today. I don't know if I'll drive or not -- depends on what day the consult is and how much the flight costs. I saw a $100 fare on American Airlines to Bakersfield from SF -- I would probably grab that one if I knew when I was going... alyssa Re: Digest Number 4527 > Alyssa, my appointment is August 31 at 1pm. Mild temperatures and friendly people; low wages and it's expensive to travel in & out of since we really only have hwy.101 north & south and hwy 299 east (west is ocean). We moved here from Dallas, TX (too damn hot and too many people!). Nan, I *AM* Blue Cross PPO !!!! They are the ones who quit authorizing the procedure last month. Are you having a DS? Lap? Or did you already have surgery? If you're still waiting, I'd like to know why they aren't giving you any trouble? Have you talked to your Doc's office recently?
