Guest guest
....He eats those french crueller donuts.....I ate one with custard filling and choc topping. I lost a lb the next morning! (that was on vacation when we went to Krispie Kreme Donuts) I dont think the kind matters......he eats 3 but I was only brave enough for one LOL that is the only time we eat them now.....to break a plateau! I'll get there, I know... I'm down to 225 with 170 as my goal, so although I've lost a lot (over 80 lbs) and am over halfway there, the numbers in front of me are still somewhat 'formidable'.>>>> yep, yep! You WILL get there! Just remember you are 2 months behind me now....give yourself 2 more months and you just might be within 20-30 lbs to goal! The important thing is to eat well.....eat all your proteins and then some veggies and a little fruit and then when you hit a plateau hit those donuts LOL Hugs, Judie

Guest guest
If I might interject, Even though I'm not too far out from surgery, I've noticed that peanut butter serves the same purpose when I've stalled. Maybe because it seems to get " the works " (if you get my drift) moving! Marcia > Re: Re /donuts > > > ....He eats those french crueller donuts.....I ate one with custard > filling and choc topping. Guest guest
The original glazed and the donut I had just came out of the oven so it melted in my mouth quite yummy!!!!!!! I work down the street from Krispy Kreme and you should see the line for the donuts when they come out of the oven... I gotta admit though talk about sugar overload I was bouncing off the walls!
