just thought u might want an update

I went to Brisbane to see Dr Hopkins he is the registrar for Dr

Fielding and he asked me if I would have the other operation. I.e. the

silicon gastric banding, which you can now get in the public health and you

could only eat small meals about six times a

day? he said I would risk being sick anytime if I just eat one bit too much.

I said what happened to BPB/DS I absolutely want BPD/DS can't I have that

? He said absolutely.you can still have that. I said that's what I want and

absolutely nothing else I want to stick to my original decision and I don't

want to change anything.I said I've done my homework and I know what I am

talking about. He agreed that it would be the best op for me anyway so

that was a relief. he said that surgery would be absolutely suitable for me.

I was so sure about everything and he

agreed which made things easier and he said I had done well I guess he

means expressing what wanted but he could have rang me up instead .of making me

driver 2 hours there and back, but never now. he said he would try and get me an

earlier date I think October it probably only end up being a few weeks earlier

though. I should know soon though
