nancy: I think the bmi in which increased complications occur in a lap DS

(one part) and the bmi in which a two-part lap DS is advisable is 60. I

could be wrong -- It may be 65 or something. Perhaps if someone has certain

co-morbidities, etc. the surgeon may suggest at a lower bmi (in the 50's),

but I don't know for sure. :)

All the best,

lap ds with gallbladder removal
