Guest guest
Hi, Has anyone ever just gone on a low-cal diet that their doc suggested and called it " medically supervised " ?? I have never done the optifast thing or pills, I just never believed in them and they were detrimental so many found out later anyway.... But I have tried 1200 calorie diets, the gold standard most recommend. I did promise to do this earlier this year with a PCP, and if I report the results to my doctor (which was 15 lost, 10 gained) is this considered medcially supervised? In other words, from your documentation out there, did anyone have anything similar and was accepted as medically supervised? =============================== Hawkins netmaker2@... =============================== " Those who can't laugh at themselves leave others to do the job!
