I'm just about one month out and I'm seeing my BM's lessen also...I also

never didn't make it and only was going 3 ot 4 times a day...but now I'm

going first thing in the morning, once in a while once in the afternoon and

then usually later in the evening. At least I'm home ususally!!! LOL
