I get a lot of leg pain too and the only meds that help me are the meds in the category of celebrex and vioxx. With all the hype going on around this class of meds, I doubt they would prescribe it for children, but motrin and tylenol don't even touch the muscle pain I get. Just a thought if his pain gets really bad....maybe one or two doses a week would be allowed by his pediatrician.
