Hello everyone:

We haven't shared magic moments in a while. Here are some of my

recent ones.

• Wearing a cd player, cell phone and pedometer attached to my

belt around my waist and walking without hitting the equipment with

my arms or hands because now there is sufficient swing room.

• Looking at a chocolate cake at work and thinking, " Not good

enough. " Took a big slab (that was my share anyway) and taking it

right to the trash (when nobody was looking).

• Wearing a muscle shirt at a dance club without caring what

anyone else might think. It actually got me some added attention due

to my tattoos.

• Running to catch the bus without breathing hard or even

breaking a sweat.

• Getting rid of the HUGE chair at my desk at work and

replacing it with a normal sized one and still having room to spare

while sitting between the armrests.

• Being able to tie my shoes without feeling light headed and

getting the bow to be centered on the shoe, not toward the center

because now I can reach my feet without effort.

• Doing 20 pushups today for the first time in my life.

• Being able to run/walk up Telegraph Hill to get to Coit

Tower. There are so many hidden beautiful vistas up there only

visible by foot.

Let's all share our recent milestones! And let's not belittle our

accomplishments. I get so inspired hearing about everyone's triumphs!
