Guest guest
Gordy You know me my list of health issues where so long, I can say many did go away and what didn't and knew they probably wouldn't have improved soooooooooo much. You'll feel great. Take care. You have a good evening also. DonnaGordy wrote: Thanks Donna....That's one of the things I hope to gain from losing. less sciatica. Maybe I'll be one of the lucky ones and it will go away but I don't have that expectation. That way I can't be dissapointed.Have a great evening ! Guest guest
Thanks Donna! Its amazing what a few compliments and just the scale moving from 200 to 199 will do for your mood. Guest guest
Thanks Donna... You look marvelous yourself!! Thanks for the information on food intake and for the bag of clothes also. I'm losing lots of inches now but my body is in hibernation mode I think because my scale has been frozen this week. I talked to my doctor yesterday about my mental state and she said to take my meds twice a day for now to see if the malabsorbsion is not allowing the meds to work properly causing my depression. I started yesterday and I already notice a difference so I'm hopeful that this will do the trick. I go for a follow up visit next Friday. I really appreciated you and everyone else's input about this at the ez meeting I don't think I would have ever thought about the meds being the problem on my own. To me thats the reason our support groups are such a valuable part of this journey. Have a great day. My son said last night looking at the picture when I was heavy, I never realized you were that big. I guess being around you all the time it just never really seemed you were that big. I guess it's just because your my wonderful mother, the weight didn't matter so I didn't see it. WOW I can't believe what you look like now compared to then, was his finishing words. Then he took the picture and ask was it okay to send them both to his girlfriend, I said okay. I felt really good, I love my boys so much. > > Now to all my ez Buddies, Gordy you look great, and it was so nice to see you. The picture with the fish was just a small one, but I have caught some pretty nice Halibut, Salmon and Big Sturgeon. Also to finish a question you asked, I now eat 3 to 4 ozs for my 3 meals, but at my 3 month appointment when Dr. Baggs said we could go from 2ozs to 4 ozs I did not I wasn't hungry, so I asked Dr. Baggs if I could stay at 2ozs until I felt I needed to move up, then I stayed at 2 ozs until I hit my goal top side 150 pounds at 5 months, then I increased to 3 ozs, now it depends on hunger what I eat, I do not snack or graze, so if I had 3 ozs of scrabbled eggs for breakfast, that doesn't keep me as long as chicken or fish, so then for lunch I will have 4 ozs, so I vary from meal to meal, and day to day and I keep track of my calories. Nice seeing you and every thing is okay with me, just takes a lot working through it all. My husband and I are staying good through it all and my > boys. We know the decision is best for all or us, and we're going to help each other all the way through. After his move we will still visit, I will even go up to fish. There's a lot of lakes and streams, good fishing. We'll stay close and probably have our own needs filled without getting each other mad, and we'll stay close of course until one meets someone else and we know how that usually goes. Anyways thanks for you kind words. > > I love your hair the new look and your nails. I can tell you are taking care of you and feel good about it. I know your husband doesn't know how to handle when you do new things, but you look great and just tell him it's for both of you. He should be proud to have a beautiful lady like you next to him. > > Barbara you looked so beautiful last night, you had a wonderful glow to you. You looked like you were feeling so good. Let me know when you hit a size 10, I'm all out of 12 unless someone brings some by, all always am given a lot since I run my daycare. Anyways I have 10's down to my 6's only. I haven't gotten rid of them yet, because I can take some stuff in and haven't gone through to see what ones I will or not. > > Hope to see you all at the next meeting, this one was great. Take care.
