Guest guest
Tina Keep up the good work, your doing great. Don't get discouraged if the scale goes up 1 or 2 every once in a while like at TOM, or because you had salt, or didn't drink enough water. Just remember keep up the good work and you'll keep getting smaller and finally to where you want. DonnaTina wrote: Thank you so much! I love your shopping story and identified with all of it. I need to start a journal or something of my accomplishments and milestones that I can look back on and reflect on later when maybe I'm having one of those days or feeling blue. I was on cloud 9 all day yesterday and when I got on the scale again this morning (just for the heck of it) and it said 197.5, I was even more thrilled. I'll be floating around on Cloud 9 for awhile, I'm sure. I found this skirt yesterday that they only had in a size 12. Now the pants I had on were a size 12 but I didn't have much faith that a size 12 skirt (that was quite fitted) would actually fit. It felt amazing. I even called my sis and had my hubby drop me off at her place. We went back to the store, I tried it on for her to ask her if it really did fit and if it really did look as good as I hoped it did. It did! I bought way too much stuff but gosh it was fun!I hope you find that someone special to share your love with (maybe Philippe?). They will be so lucky!! You definitely are the prize.Tina>> Tina!> > This is GREAT! What a wonderful feeling!> > Remember to always keep moments like this near to your heart. Guest guest
Hi Francisco... How's my hero today ? Any more news on Chip ? You've been awfully tight lipped on this one !! LOL One big moment for me recently was to cut my toenails and be able to walk afterwards. My sciatica was really bad and my fat thighs made it pretty hard to cross my legs to do the clipping. Another one is being able to fit into the urinal stall in the mens room without having to stand outside and arc it into the bowl...LOL I can wear extra large shirts now and I was wearing 3X-4X and I'm almost into a size 38 jean....from 46-48. Thanks for sharing all the stuff you do with us Francisco. I know I really appreciate your insight and wisdom and I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that.
