Please do not kick yourself for giving into your family. Once in a while we all do it.

It is hard for our families and friends to understand why we have to do the things we do to protect our families. It just occurred to me, maybe you can forward them just a couple of messages from the board. The once that talk about what happens when our kids get sick. Maybe, just maybe, then the messge will get thru and they will learn that this is not about getting used to germs but preserving quality of life!
