Hi Gordy ! I am so glad to hear an update of how you are doing ! I hope that your meds work better for you. I totally understand the tired thing, my doctor explained to me that it is a lot of work on your body to shed the weight away and that it can make you tired ! I am glad you have the chance to take a nap at lunchtime. It should get better for you. take care ColleenGordy wrote: Hi Sue....I'm doing well except for being tired all the time. I usually have to take a nap around 11 (lunch time for me) and then I'm good for the rest of the day. I have been experiencing some depression for the last three weeks and I talked about it at our ez meeting on Monday night. One of the gals, Kerre, mentioned

that she had the same problem and it turned out to be that her meds were no longer working properly due to absorbsion and her doctor doubled her dosage. I called my doc and shes put me on two pills a day to see if that makes a difference. I started yesterday and I know it's still very early but it seems to have made a difference already. With the excpetion of yesterdays chicken I have had no problems with anything I've eaten. However, I have only had protein as this is the protocal at Richmond Kaiser for the first 12 weeks.Hope all goes well at your appointment tomorrow.Gordy >> Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone!
