Guest guest
I am trying to get an appointment with Dr. Baughman for my friend, . I called the office and have started the process. needs to have his overall condition and health evaluated, as well as get a handle on his neurosarcoidosis. If anyone has any experience with Dr. Baughman or can address whether or not we are going in the right direction with this, I would so appreciate a response. has gotten the run-around and lots of shrugged shoulders from doctors and health care providers, just as all of you have. He is not currently in pain, but he is not making much progress either, and he is frustrated and angry. It is imperative that we get some sound advice as to his status and overall health. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Guest guest
Jo, I think Dr Baughman is the way to go.. a lot of people here see him and from everything I've read in the last 7 years.. he is more interested than anyone else I've ever heard of on this board.. He treats many many of our members.. They say he talks really fast, but can give u an extreme amount of information in just a few min.. so take a tape recorder.. which he, from what I understand, approves of.. There is a Dr Shama in California that I think Tracie see's.. but Dr Baughman on the East Coast for sure.. Be sure and take all the informations, xrays, ctscans, mri's labs, and physican notes with u when you go.. I wish I could go.. Take care.. NS Mod Can anyone please address this? Guest guest
, Thanks for your reply. I appreciate the tips and advise for the visit. I spend many hours each day doing research, pouring over all of this group's messages to one another, and networking my butt off. I am determined to find the help he deserves to get well. I know the best resources are those that are in the trenches, so to speak. I don't wish to reinvent the wheel, and I also don't want to waste precious time and resources by making avoidable mistakes. So, again, thank you for your support. I will keep you all in the light and send positive energy to each of you in appreciation.
