This is all to much for me to handle. My pharmacy provider has changed to Medco, they have turned my 90 supply of med from $297 for 90 days toaout $760 for 90 days. My cruddy $73.96 makes me go over the money lifit. Ihave purched a gradient pump with leggings that are helping me to set rid of Lympj edema and venious insuffiency in both my legs. Yhe first time I used it I though I was loosing my mind, But I think I figured out the cause, they were just makingnew pathwau fpr tje f;iod, I lost 12 pounds of STAGNENT Lymph fluid. For thefirst two days my whole body stank so bad and the pain from the compression. I guess it was making me pathways for the fluid to pass trough. Buy it improvedon the thitd dau/ Bob id trerasing me, he look at me this morning and said my Gosh you have ankles again. Unfortunately I will probabpy have to use the machine for the rest of my life. Today I had one of the most painful days since this all began. I wish I lived closer to. I have a phone thay can make all yhr toll and US long disance I all I want. Guest guest
Judy, I am so sorry you are feeling so bad. In your post you were talking about severe bone pain. I was having it too and my PCP ordered a vitamin D level and it was less than half of what it should be. Have you had yours checked? It would greatly reduce your bone pain if it is low and you started some supplements. I don't have any other suggestions but I do know that the bone pain has been partially relieved. Take care and know that I am praying for you. Terri G. > > Hi friends I have missed you all, but I have been to sick to even > just read your posts. Guest guest
Hang in there, Judy. We are here for you. I know that this is a very rough patch, a very long, rough patch, but you can not give up! Being scared is okay. We are all scared. We have all had it rough, but through the help of our friends, we will all make it. I can not tell you what a difference the group has made for me. I felt so alone before. My friends and family are going through what is called, " Compassion Fatigue " , when they just get tired of caring for someone who is ill all the time. NOW DOESN'T THAT BEAT ALL! THEY are tired of it!!! It's not like WE get a choice to take a vacation from the disease. I would LOVE to leave the bone pain behind for just 24 hours. The dizzy spells that come out of nowhere. The constant headache and the unrelenting fatigue that no amount of sleep can cure. But we do not have that choice. We do choose to survive, though! remember my friend: Pain is inevitable, but to suffer is optional. We do not have to choose to suffer, WE CHOOSE TO SURVIVE!! Some days, survival is just making it until tomorrow. You know, just take baby steps. Then, until tomorrow, my friend Judy, HOLD ON, I will pray for you. your friend in Atlanta, karla > > Hi friends I have missed you all, but I have been to sick to even > just read your posts.
