Guest guest
Thanks for the welcome Francisco, I tried asking my pre opt person at the VA but she didnt know so im going to contact my new doc at Kaiser and see what way i have to go in order to get it. A lil info on me im 31 abt 350. I gained alot of weight after i was retired from active duty in the Marines. I had several leg surgeries and gained weight while laid up and tried all kinds of diets and fitness programs but nothing works. so the surgery is my last resort.manisodream wrote: :I don't know if the pre-op stuff will apply across health care plans.Does anyone else have info on this?By the way, welcome to our group!Francisco>> HELLO gROUP my name is . Guest guest
Hi - Welcome to the group and congrats on your upcoming surgery. I dont know the answer to your question, but my guess would be that you would have to do whatever Kaiser guidelines are to do, each Kaiser location ( hospital that does surgery) seems to have their own agenda/criteria of what they want done. Good luck in your journey and dont get too tied up in all the red tape, hope it unravels for you soon Colleenmanisodream wrote: :I don't know if the pre-op stuff will apply across health care plans.Does anyone else have info on this?By the way, welcome to our group!Francisco>> HELLO gROUP my name is .
