Guest guest
I didn't use the 1200 meal plan, I just decreased carbs and increased protein. I found that Pro-Complex protein shakes or other protein shakes helped give me additional energy. However, if you don't want to do protein supplements/shakes, just try eating protein for snacks if you need them, nonfat cottage cheese flavored with whatever seasoning you like, I like cinamon & Equal mixed in (sort of like blintz flavored -- YUM YUM). Some people say they add salsa to their nonfat cottage cheese. Lowfat cheese, jerky (chewed throroughly) can help too. Just focus on protein if you need more energy. Good luck, Sandi > > Would anyone be so kind as to give-up thier 1200 cal. pre-op meals??? > I'm getting bored with the food I'm eating and wanting to stray!!! I > have 26 more lbs. to go!!!!
