Guest guest
, what about scramble with some cheese. If you want to get a little crazy (not really), scramble a egg and but cheese in it when it is done (it will melt) and then top it with some salsa. I have a coworker that had surgery and that is what she eat. If the salsa is too much, just do the cheese on the scrambled egg. Don't ask me how it taste because I don't eat eggs. Just a thought. Colleen, what does the chicken in the can taste like? I am curious. Sometimes I don't like cooking the chicken just for myself. I end up throwing it out before too long. Guest guest
Pam to be honest the chicken in the can is very bland that is why i add a lot of onion and salt pepper and pickles and celery sort of like making a tuna salad, but i dont like tuna, so that is why is use the canned chicken i have used can chicken in home made chicken soup but i like fresh chicken in that better, its just something nice to have on the shelf that you dont have to defrost and can whip up quickly ColleenPamela A Marsh wrote: , what about scramble with some cheese. Guest guest
Thanks Colleen. I don't like Tuna or mayo either. I thouht about trying the chichen in the can but was too scared to try it. I suppose I can just continue to buy the chicken breast by Farms that are individually sealed in packets so you can take just one chicken breast out if you want to. I am glad to see you are doing so well. I have my one year apt. with my surgeon on Feb 2nd and then on Feb 9th, I go for my second plastic surgery consult. I am excited. I am hoping I can have my reconstruction work (tummy tuck, lift with inplants) sometime by the end of February maybe early March. I will keep you posted and take care.
