Guest guest
Hi.... When do you count your 100lb. weightloss? From when you started the program, before you had to lose the 10%, or from what you weighed on the day of surgery? When anyone asks me how much I have lost, I tell them how much before and then how much since surgery. It gets kinda confusing to others. Thank you, Patty

Guest guest
Hi Patty, I as well counted from the orientation date weight. Which by the way for me my one year anniversary for orientation is tomorrow! I was 336 then and 170 now. Unreal that in one year I lost 166 lbs! Wow. that is weird to see it in writing like that. Anyway I always tell people the beginning weight if they want to know since surgery then they ask me that amount too. Take care, Kay > > Hi Patty, > I count mine from the beginning of the journey. > Ramona >

Guest guest
Patty I always say what I've lost since orientation for me 132, that 42 was prior to surgery. They can do the math. It gives them something to think about. SMILE! Take care. DonnaPatty Matheson wrote: Hi....When do you count your 100lb. weightloss?
