Guest guest
Hi Lilka, I know what you mean about the food being not so great. I finally baked a custard and that was like a breath of fresh air after the prepared foods with preservatives and chemical additives. It should last me a week. I'm pretty much following the Stage II guide from our notebook, but would rather make my own creamy soup, rather than strain the canned soup. And cottage cheese never tasted so good. I was released Saturday night and then rested a lot. By Tuesday I was able to go to class, then went to teach a home-schooled student and came home to make dinner for my husband, so I guess I'm almost back on track. Last night was not so great so I skipped class this morning and stayed in bed, but was able to teach this afternoon and make dinner. Are you taking your B12 sublingual vits 2x/wk? I tried it Weds. and it helped get me through the afternoon. It's great that you're walking. I use a cane so it's not real easy, but I try. I don't like the calcium either, but I keep a bottle next to my toothbrush and chew one before I brush in the morning and night. That way there's only one to get down during the day. It takes me a while to answer because of my cranky old computer freezing every time I try to do something other than what I started doing. It's great that we can compare notes along the way. Here are my stats(not very impressive so far): <3 Joyce Age 53 Accepted 9/04 wt:382 Orientation 12/04 Initial consult 2/04 op 1/25/06 wt: 344 ___________________________________________________ Try the New Netscape Mail Today!
