Guest guest
hi... When do you count the weightloss for 100lb club? Do you do it from when you started the whole program, or the weight you were at surgery? thank you.... Patty

Guest guest
Every pound counts! I'd start from your orientation weight. Guest guest
I'm counting from even before my orientation. I started weighing when I started working out last month at the Y - I'm not " dieting " yet, since orientation's not till next week for me - but as of this morning, I'm down 4.5 lbs! Not much, but it's a start, and believe me I'm going to count EVERY pound! Cathy C. > > > > Every pound counts!
