Guest guest
Two questions 1.How do you know you are full? 2. Does the smell of food, even the appearance make you want it? I don't feel full yet. I am not really hungry, and I am intoxicated by smells and want to eat. Do you relate to any of this? Lilka

Guest guest
Smells haven't gotten to me but we haven't had too much around the house yet. I haven't cooked for my family yet either(not like I do too much of that anyway these days. As far as being full, I have been eating the amounts on our instruction sheet and that is all. I haven't been hungry at all but I haven't been able to drink all the water. Yesterday I drank all the water but couldn't finish my protein drink. Today I drank my protein but I don't think I'll be able to finish the water. My biggest conpalint is the gas but even that is better today. Guest guest
Lilka I'm almost 10 months post op, but I remember not really feeling full, just not hungry. I do remember smelling and seeing food that made me wish I could have some, but I knew if I never tried what I wasn't suppose to then I wouldn't be tempted later. It does work, as time went by I could pass up things so much easier. After I was 3 months post op I did know what full felt like, I think each stage is different and you learn more about your new pouch as you go. Don't give in to any temptations, and eat only the amount you are suppose to and your weight will come off nicely. Take care. DonnaLilka wrote: Two questions1.How do you know you are full?2.
