Hi Joyce. We were not given those instructions but I think it is a

fine idea. I have been aware that I am not getting almost any protein

these days. I'm not supposed to see my doctor for another two weeks.

That is a long time without protein. I am going to call Richmond and

ask about this. I doubt they will give me shakes but they may let me

go to stage III. I have not had any trouble with my stomach so far.

Are you hungry or do you get full? I am still waiting for both. Lilka
