Backpain and headaches

I have been experiencing back pain on the left side of my back and

headache on the same side as well. I just started noticing it about a

week ago and was wondering if it might be the sarcoidosis. I am on

Methylprednisone since Sept. I have had a lot of side effect from it

and had to keep adjusting it. I am on it for sacoids in the lungs which

is clearing up. The cough I had is gone but I just have been having

problems with the back pain and headaches recently. I noticed that the

headaches where coming from the meds so that is why we decreased it. I

thought maybe I was just tired but my back seems to hurt when I first

wake up. I have had quite some problems with back pain. It is not in

the lower back but near the shoulder blade and downward. Any insight

on what could be going on or if others suffer with this also? If u

have any solutions that would be appreciated.
