Hey, did they change it already? I went to read it and it says casting

is effective in 95% of cases.

Okay, here's another one: anyone else want to write to these people

and tell them they are doing it wrong?

If only they would " clarify " the statistic by saying that it's

specific to using the " Ponseti method " and not just any old casting.

By the way- isn't the 95% statistic obsolete now? Shouldn't it be

closer to 100% since they've been successful in treating the a-typical

feet non-surgically as well?

Or can't they say that until they've had study results published?

I'd think it is unofficially 100% since they haven't had to do a PMR

in Iowa in *years*.

> I sent them that stat and told them to check Dr. Ponseti's website

and info. Maybe the did! Oh can it be that easy???

I wonder if it is because they had several people send it in on the

same day.

We should try to do that for all sites that are posting mis-

information. Certainly can't hurt!

Who the heck wrote this little paragraph??? Captain Brevity?!?? Yeah,

sure, *A* cast applied shortly after birth just clears the whole thing

right up! Way to clear everything up for parents!

Sheesh!
