Colleen, congrats on your one year mark. I hope all

goes well with your appointment and your date. I met

with Dr. Park last Thursday (Feb. 2nd) and my one year

anniversary is tomorrow (Feb. 8th). It has been a

great year for me. I lost a total of 110 pounds all

together. 28 pounds presurgery and 82 post surgery.

Dr. Park said I did not need to lose anymore weight.

I want to still try and get to 130 but she informed me

that with having the pastic surgery I am having that

it would take off about 10 pounds so she said it is

totally up to me as I am heathy. All of my one year

labs were great. She said to keep up the great work

and that she is proud of me. I feel good and I am

glad that I am a part of this group. I go to see the

plastic surgeon (second one) on Thursday (Feb. 9th)

and I am very excited.

Make sure to post about your one year anniversary apt.

and the date. Take care.

Hi Pam- I am so thrilled to read that your one year visit went well and that your healthy happy and lving life each day feeling great and you know you are just showered in gods love and caring hands, That is cool to know that your plastic surgery is going to give up ten pounds, sometimes gross as it sounds i try to roll my fat/saggy skin and try to guesstimate how many pounds it would be, tried to even weigh it once, quite an eventful fiasco and not very productive LOL...................... Colleen, you are so crazy girl (wonderful). I talked

to Dr. Park (my surgeon) and she said she was

surprised that I did not have that much sagging skin

and that she said my mucles underneath were very

strong. She said that I should go for it and she

wished me well. She said that she did not recommend

losing another 10 pounds (that is what I want to) as

when I have the surgery she said that would come off.

So I shall see. We are close in weight. I started

off at 250 and today I am 140. If I lose more before

my plastics, great, if not, I am fine with it. I like

my size 8s and being healthy and I think that size 6

would just be too small. In any event, I go to see

the plastic surgeon on Thursday and I will post about

the cost and the when. I got my appointment with this

surgeon back in November. It took almost 3 months to

get in to see her. She is very high in demand and its

okay to wait. Sometimes it is better and I feel so

much better about not having to weight another six

months like Kaiser makes you wait even though you are

paying. I felt better because my surgeon okayed it.

Okay hon, got to get back to work. Again, congrats! I

like what you said about weight the skin. It had me

cracking up.

Pam I know it felt good for the surgeon to tell you how well you've done. I remember that well. I am really excited for you on everything. I would like to ask a personal question if you don't want to answer it's okay. I just want to know for your size what breast size do you want? I use to be 44 EEE, now I'm really nothing (wet socks hanging to dry) SMILE! I think a C cup for my size, just trying to get my thoughts together so when I can have plastic I will know what I want. Thanks again. DonnaPamela A Marsh wrote: Colleen, congrats on your one year mark. I hope allgoes well with your appointment and your date. Donna, I am going to ask for a full D. My neighbor

had hers done and she was a full C and she said she

wished she had gone for the full D (not really sure

what that means and I will ask the surgeon) but she

looked nice and they were not as large as I thought.

Who knows, I may go for the size full C and call it a

day. Anything is better than these deflated size

34bs. I was a 44 DD. So, I will let you know

sometime either Thursday afternoon after the

appointment or on Friday morning.
