Guest guest
Terri, My mom used to make divinity, too. A few years back she experimented and made chocolate-covered divinity. It was the BEST thing I've ever eaten. But she's 89 now and not up to making all those goodies anymore. I'm diabetic so I can't make it and have it in the house. It calls to me....lol. hugs S. take care and feel better soon. Actually I gave up sweets about three weeks ago and feel loads better.mosaicgirl1 wrote: Tracie, I think you were the one who stated that they liked divinity at Christmas. - where do you get it or do you make it? My Mom used to make it every year but she doesn't do it anymore. I love the stuff!!!! Great Christmas memories with it too. Haven't been feeling well so have been quiet. Hope all are as well as possible. Terri G. Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
Guest guest
I think you were the one who stated that they liked divinity atChristmas. - where do you get it or do you make it? In the old days, i would make it-- my grandmother was an incredible cook and teacher, but she is gone and I don't have the energy-- so i go to our local JoyLyn's Candies here in town. They make the best, best stuff-- and I lose total control when I'm around it--so it's good that they only make it in winter.
