Your eating and experience are very similar to mine. I may have lost a few

more pounds if I had done more choices that " maximize weight loss " , but I am

soooo happy to have the weight loss burden off my back that I find life

amazing!!

75 and then 100, as you did.

Congratulations!! I know exactly what you mean about " not having another

diet in me. " That's how I feel right now.

Hi Teri- I know how you feel. I too have now lost 101 pounds and want to

lose 50 more. It has slowed down but I am eating everything and very well I
