Just a quick note that I have lost 100 pounds. 6 1/2 months. I have

another 50 pounds to go. However, If I lost another 20 which would put

me at 167 I would be content. I am now 187 pounds, a size 12/14 and I

eat what I want to eat. I went out to lunch with friends and I ate the

same amount of food as the thinest person at the table. I even had a

couple of bites of carmel-pecan cheesecake.

This surgery works, when I had the surgery, I knew I did not have

another diet in me. I am losing weight but have not perscribed to the

making the most of your surgery mode. I do eat my protein first, a

days worth of protein is 6 - 9 ounces of beef, pork or chicken. I know

that I do eat at least 100 grams of protein a day and I take my

supplements everyday. The rest is food that I like, I eat carbs and

sugar and fruit. So this is what normal is, I think I'm going to like

it here.
