Guest guest
Judie, Mea Culpa! It's my dh who buys them and only at Trader Joes. He has so many foodie " playgrounds " I got confused. Guest guest
Oh dang, Marcia! I really wanted to hear that costco carries luna bars now!! Think it might work if I request they carry them or what do you have to do to get them to do it? Judie luna bars > > > > > > > > > > > > I was trying to find the luna bars. Guest guest
Well, our Costco(Here in Fremont, CA) does have Luna bars. I saw them just the other day right next to the Balance Bars. They were in the candy/nuts aisle. Amy > Oh dang, Marcia! I really wanted to hear that costco carries luna bars > now!! Guest guest
Luna bars are indeed great. So are Zone-Apple cinnamon (only that flavor, BTW). But, be advised that all have only ~10-14 g of protein (that's 40-60 calories from protein) and a good deal of carbs, so that the total calories are in the 200+ range. I snack on them mornings at work occasionally--between the jerky chews. But, I am mindful of the carbs in them. --Steve --

Guest guest
I am two weeks out and the protein thing has been challenging to say the least since the only thing that is ever appetizing to me is a saltine cracker or two. I did try a Balance Bar and I think the carbs really did me in. I got the cold sweats and thought I was going to pass out. Anyone else experience this? Does this get better as time goes on?
