Guest guest
Terri I know what you are talking about. I too need to work and rest. I think sometimes I rest too much. But If I need it what else do I have to do. lol If you need the rest to give you back energy then take it and don't worry about the on again off again cycle. Nothing is more important than you and your health. Do I sound like I am preaching.?? Maybe so!!!! Anyway hang in there and do what you can and rest when you can. We all do it. Jackie from WI [sPAM] question Hey Guys,I wanted to know if I am crazy or if this happens to anyone else. If Idon't take time to rest and push myself for a couple of days, I feellike major crap and have an increase in symptoms. If I rest for acouple of days the symptoms become minimal and I am back at it in thevicious circle pushing myself to get things done then back in the samedownward spiral. What do you guys think.Terri G. Guest guest
Jackie, Thanks for the encouragement. Sometimes I start to doubt things because of comments from family members who don't understand. You know the " but you look so good " people. I adore my mother-in-law and father-in-law, but at their age, it is easier to deny that I am sick than to have to accept it. So thanks for the answer; I know I knew the answer deep down, but I had to have confirmation. Terri G.
