Guest guest
Kathleen, Tell me if I am not understanding your question right, but here's how I see it: If the foot (in the shoe) is facing straight forward this is 0 degrees and then you can measure with a protractor, using a point from the center of the heel and turn the center of the toe to point to 70 degrees outward rotation. Does this make sense? > Hi all- > I know that the shoes are to be set at 70 degrees and I have seen the > pictures etc demonstrating this. Guest guest
Kathleen, The angle that should be 70 degrees is the angle between the perpendicular to the bar and the mid-line of the shoe (so not the outside, but the middle of the inside). Then the angle between the bar itself and the mid-line of the shoe/foot is 20 degrees. Let's say you want to measure this with a protractor: Line the bar up with the straight edge of the protractor, the bolt or bolt-hole at the midpoint. The mid-line of the shoe should be at 20 degrees. Hope this makes sense. Guest guest
Yes it does! Thanks! kathleen > > Hi all- > > I know that the shoes are to be set at 70 degrees and I have seen the > > pictures etc demonstrating this.
