Hi Shirley...my bmi when I started was 64...I was given a common channel of

65 and am losing slowly...But hey...when else has anyone lost a large amt of

weight in one month...LOL I go weigh today for my 1 month

anniversary...AHHHH I can't believe its been this long! Good luck with your

surgery!!
