Guest guest
Thanks for your advice and comforting remarks. I am also constipated and I don't know how to move things along. I think this may be why I have no energy too. do you think so? I bought some flax today but being only 3 weeks out, I am not sure I should take a little. What do you think? Guest guest
Lilka- I am not sure if you can do the flax this early out, I would call the bariatric nurse tomorrow and ask her. I hardly ever pooped in the beginning, and its only in the last few months i have had that problem, But call and see what they suggest good luck ColleenLilka wrote: Thanks for your advice and comforting remarks. Guest guest
Lilka I was really constapated after surgery for a few weeks, I was told to use the Milk of Magnessa to get it out, then right after the next day to start the Benefiber. It's to hard to drink enough to make it work right, so I bought the chewable Benefiber tablets and that worked for me. Then when I got to Stage III is when I had 4 weeks of diareaha, so it's a journey, but so worth it. For constapation besides the Milk of Magnessa and Benefiber, you really need to make sure your getting enough water each day and some exercise ( I know your hernias hurt) just some exercise. Every thing will work out and the flax can be used later. Take care. DonnaLilka wrote: Thanks for your advice and comforting remarks. I am also constipated and I don't know how to move things along.
