I am afraid to eat but I am sneeking a little more protein than I should because I have relaxed considerably. Lilka Donna JordonDSJordon@...

Hi Peggy, I know just what you mean. Today I went for a walk of about

3/4 of a mile on a mountain path and I mentioned that I would love to

be normal and not feel unbalanced. I dream all the time of things like

going in a kayac or dancing or hiking. Today I met a friend who had

the surgery three years ago. She answered all sorts of questions. She

plays soft ball three times a week and is their star player. What a

dream come true. She eats little, sometimes the wrong food, but she is

OK. The pouch really works for her. Potato chips make her cramp up.

Eating too much, she has to lie down. Eating chocolate, she can only

eat a few bites We are a long way from any of that. My constipation

ended and I feel good but still quite tired. How are you doing? Love,

Lilka
