Guest guest
Hello everyone, I wanted to wish you all a wonderful day and I hope you all do somthing sweet for yourselfs today! I am going out to dinner with my hubby , the place we got married Hollins House, we do it ever year. Now I for one love chocolate and being over three years out and maintianing a 170 pound weight lost think today is the best day I get to eat a little chocolate! Its all about moderation for me and I love chocolate! I will eat a nice dessert after dinner and feel zero guilt. Part of the fredom of this surgery is I dont say I can't have this or I can't have that. I eat pretty good most of the time (not always) for my if I say I can't have something,,, oh boy I want it ohhhhh so much more! I was almost 400 pounds before surgey and lost 175 pounds. I gained back about 5-7 pounds which kinda comes and go's. I went from a size 32 to a 16 and for me thats a huge success. I also would love to take a minute to welcome all the new members! This IS the best yahoo group online! You will not find a better group of people anywhere. I also want to thank all the old members for sticking around and always being so welcoming to the newbies. This is such a wonderful group of people ,I'm honored to be among you! Loves of love and have a safe day!! Shell
