2008 is going to be great! Methodrexate and all....

I just found this information that August 29 is National Sarcoidosis

Awareness Day. The web site that lists former President Bush

making the proclamation is attached.

Having said that, I am going to submit this information to the CHASE

CALENDAR OF EVENTS for 2009. The Chase Calendar is a book created

yearly that lists special days, weeks, months, celebrations, etc.

Can we start something to do for community awareness for Sarcoidosis

for this year, Friday, August 29, 2008? If we start now, maybe

something can be done on a national level, what do you all think?

The only famous people I know with sarc (other than us) is

Duffy and Bernie Mac and I am so sure that there is more.

So what do each of you think?

Madonna I love the idea! Maybe set up a little table down by the grocery and pharmacy! Hand out some literature and what ever happened on those rubber bracelets? My former boss tried to order them around the time I was going on medical leave and they didn't have any left. They'd have to be relatively cheap.
