Good Morning.. Great job keep it up. I have to increase my exercise I'm so bad at getting motivated to do it I do water arobics 2x a week for an hour thats it. The ONLY thing that motivates me and keeps me doing it is to make

it a scheduled part of my daily routine. I get up, exercise and then

get ready for work/school...period. If I didnt I wouldnt do it.
