Im at 160 this morning.......7 pounds down from last Saturday!!!

WOOOHHHOOOOOOO.

Im walking 3-4 miles every day and eating between 900-1100 calories

per day!! 150 here I come!!!

There is a cycle to everything, and as long as we don't give up on

us, we'll be OK.

Remember, perfection is not the goal. Persistence is.

But you're pretty darned perfect already in my eyes.

LOve you oodles Francisco. Thank you for your friendship...NO ONE

gets me quite like you do! Its really always amazing to me that two

people from very different paths have soooo strong a connection. I

thank God everyday for putting you in my life. Friends like you are

a rare find.

I hope everything works out for you. Whether it be Chip or some one

else...God has a timeline of his own and when its right you will

know. Until then protect your heart and it will be faithful to you.

I have re found my strength and determination. Im actually very

proud of myself today...the weekends are really tough for me. I have

stuck to my plan today. Not perfectly...I did have some popcorn, but

its counted and Im not freaking out that I slipped. I feel so free

and in control. I am finding I like who I am becoming. Im still a

work in progress, still striving to find the real ...she's in

there but is a little shy Im afraid LOL!!
