You can do it Karla. I had my orientation on July 5th and 28.5 lbs. to lose and here it is 5 months and 1 week later and I an officially post-op. You will be there before you know it!

Ok all nap time for me - I'll check back in later!

Hey Gordy,

I was so good to see you yesterday - you look ma-ve-lous honey! I have been sip sip sipping and am enjoying a posicle right now. I've been for two walks since I have been home today - one just slightly further than the other. It felt good to be outside. That right shoulder pain set in last night - hopefully it wont take toooo long to get over with. But all and all I am feeling fine and happy to be home.

How are you feeling? I can definetely understand being SORE! Sheesh! You would think they pulled a few feet of intestine outta ya? Oh wait - they did - lol.

Thanks again for the visit!

Definetely your twin now!

Thanks Francisco!

You just keep telling me about all those wonderful dates and the wonderful men that keep popping up in your life and I will be just fine. It is so nice to be able to read what someone has written and get that cinderella feeling!

Barbara I go to the store a lot if there's anything you need just let me know. I can drive you to support group for Dec., if you need a ride. If you start feeling like you don't want to exercise I can come walk with you sometimes. This Saturday me, a girlfriend of mine and are going to have a girls day out. Movies, lunch, then to another friends xmas get together, then to the Mall to drop my one friend to work that evening and we'll walk the Mall. If you had the energy I'd take you with us, but so close after surgery I know how tired you get. So later you'll have to join us on a girls day out. Take care sweety. Thanks to for the phone call and to Gordy and for the visits. I am feeling so much better than yesterday when I spoke/Visited with you all. (I was having the gassy dry heaves - oh terrible). Those subsided about midnite last night and other than some nausea - I am almost 100%!> > Barbara>Donna JordonDSJordon@...

I go to the store a lot if there's anything you need just let me know. I had my orientation today at Richmond there was lots of information but all was good I need to loose 29lbs. I am starting today already making changes. Hope you feel better. I think the 1st show starts at 11:45, so I'll pick you up about 11 am. Is this okay with you?
