Hi- I have seen Adek mentioned a number of times and I know it is a

vitamin supplement of some kind. Could someone explain it and tell

me where I can get it once I finally have the surgery. Also, what

other vitamins and minerals...brands...work best after surgery.

Thanks for the help.

Take care,

Chewable vitamin supplement by scandipharm, contains water-soluble

forms of vitamins A,D,E,K and some other goodies like folate and zinc.

For half-price: www.cff.org (Cydstic Fibrosis Foundation--they also

accept malabsorbers, so no need to clarify that you are not a CF

sufferer).
